The estimated delivery time is from 1 to 4 days for the Canary Islands and 7 to 10 days for the Peninsula (Spain) and Balearic Islands (Spain). Delivery to other Countries takes an estimated time of 10 to 21 days. Please note, the delivery time is from the day you receive your shipment notification, not from the day you place your order.

The Theca Olfactoria items are shipped via postal service, so the shipment is traceable until it leaves Spain. NOT ALL COUNTRIES ALLOW THE TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT TO THE DESTINATION. We do not accept claims for delivery delays or errors in Countries where it is not possible to track the shipment.
