ORDERS AND PAYMENT METHODS
The website angelaciampagna.com is directed exclusively to private individuals.
Purchases made on this website are secure and guaranteed and may be paid via PayPal, or via Bank Transfer; customers can send an email to to receive information about our PayPal account or our bank account details.
However, we do not guarantee that all the items available at angelaciampagna.com will be in stock at the time of your order. Should any of the items in your order be out of stock, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date; we may also contact you by phone or via email.
PayPal is the best way to pay online, due to its safety and speed. Your payment data will be handled directly and exclusively by PayPal. In case of cancellation of your order, the total amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
If you pay via bank transfer in advance, the order will be handled only once the transfer is accepted and confirmed by your financial institution. You will have to complete the payment within 5 days of completing the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Please, indicate the order number, the date the order was made and your full name as reason for payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with carrier and tracking information; you will be able to check the state of the shipment on the carrier's website. Shipment is free of charge in Italy (except for the purchasing of item Theca Olfactoria). For any other country, shipment fees will be calculated based on the weight of the ordered items and the country of destination.
Unfortunately, we do not ship worldwide. If you are shopping from a country that we're unable to reach, you will be notified during the order processing step.
Upon delivery of the items you will be required to check that the number of packages delivered is the same as what is indicated in the carrier's document and that the packaging is intact and has not been altered in any way. In case of tampering you must add the words "Subject to control goods for..." (indicate motivation) on the delivery receipt received by the carrier or other operator. You must then report any damage within 3 days of receiving the items, according to the modality indicated by the operator carrying out the shipment.
RETURN AND RETURN POLICY
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law and the customer (i.e. any individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) is entitled to terminate the contract for any reason. To exercise this right, you must send us notice via registered letter within 10 business days of the date of delivery of the items; you will then receive an authorization message via email. The purchased items must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts. The shipment will be under the complete responsibility of the customer; we are not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of items returned via uninsured shipments.
For any information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The items must be returned to us within 10 business days, along with the authorization message received via email. We will refund the entire amount already paid within 10 days form receiving the items; the amount will be transferred to your PayPal account or bank account. In the latter case, you will have to provide us with the details of the bank account on which you wish to receive the reimbursement.
Customers cannot return their purchases if the items are not in mint conditions or have been compromised in any way. For example, no refund will be issued in the case of
- use, even partial, of the items;
- loss of any of the components of the packaging;
- loss of integral parts of the product;
- damage to the items caused reasons other than its transport.
Your personal data are handled with the utmost care and are not used for any purpose other than providing you with the best service possible. Collected data will be used exclusively to send you information about special offers and other marketing activities related to the brand Angela Ciampagna. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can send us a short message to that affect, indicating your email address, at email@example.com.
Your personal data will not be shared in any way with third-parties. However, for security reasons, we cannot delete the data collected from our customers, even under request of our customers; all collected data must remain in our possession and we may be required to show the digital traces left by our customers to the competent authorities.
